You’re probably wondering “What’s a Conquer Cancer page doing on our website?”

Well if you knew me you would know about my passion for cycling and more importantly my passion to “Conquer Cancer in Our Lifetime”.  Both these passions come together every year during my participation in the Ride to Conquer Cancer.

• I have been a participant in the Ride since 2009.

• 2023 marked my 15th straight year and 17th actual Ride in support of this great cause!  

• Since 2008 riders in the Ride to Conquer Cancer have helped raise over $250 million for the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre one of the top 5 cancer research centres in the world!

• Through the generosity and continued support of many donors I have managed to raise $93,065 since 2009!

The funds raised go towards cancer research because accelerating any progress against cancer requires continued investments in research.  It’s through continued research that new discoveries in the lab are regularly being translated into new, more effective, targeted, and less toxic patient treatments that will prolong and save their lives!

Please join my team once again or for the very first time!  You can provide the needed funding and support and I’ll do the required riding – Over 200 km in two days!

Doing so will illustrate our shared understanding that this disease has or will touch us all in our lifetimes and, as such, it must be beaten!

Together we have and will continue to make an epic impact in the battle to Conquer Cancer in Our Lifetime!
